I have gone through your concerns.

Firstly, I would like to know your gender, age, occupation and personal histories like smoking or any such habits and any recent change in family or emotional problems, since it is not mentioned in the details. Please update me on that.

Now coming to the problem, the most common cause of tiredness and weakness is anemia.

Therefore, I would suggest kindly fix an appointment with a physician and get a complete haemogram done along with blood ferritin levels.

Along with that, I need to know your diet history (number of meals consumed per day) and if there has been a sudden drastic loss of weight.

I would also suggest you need to adopt a lifestyle consisting of drinking at least 2.5Litres water per day along with balanced meals consisting of iron and vitamin-rich foods like green leafy vegetables, meat (if a non-vegetarian), dates and dry fruits, milk, cottage cheese along with usual meals.

You could also take multivitamin tablets available over the counter like
