Dear Sir
Hello & my best wishes for your good health
I have gone through your history in detail.
You are possibly having a small lipoma in brain as an incidental finding.
It has nothing to do with head injury.
Normally nothing active is required for this. But I may suggest
1. please get a contrast MRI BRAIN to confirm that it is a LIPOMA & nothing else.
2. repeat your CT SCAN head every 2-3 years to watch for any increase in size
3. you may take some analgesic if there is any pain
Thanks
Hope this answers all your queries
