I can understand your concern. As per your history it seems to be severe throat infection or pneumonia and breathing difficulty may be due to nasal congestion.
For that you can continue tablet Tylenol 500mg every 4 hours, antibiotic tablet Azithromycin 500mg mg once a day, cough syrup containing guanaficin, and salbutamol, tablet levocetrizine 5mg once a day after physician consultation.
I would suggest you to do complete hemogram and chest X Ray to rule out pneumonia after physician consultation.
Kindly check blood sugar levels and do blood pressure monitoring to rule out other causes of dizziness.
Do saline water gargle or Betadine gargle thrice a day, take steam inhalation for two to three times a day, use saline nasal drops thrice a day, keep your self hydrated and take warm liquid foods.
In case of increased breathing difficulty you may require urgent medical care.
