Your symptoms looks like viral fever,
You can take Tab. Hifenac p 3 times a day and Tab. Montair LC 1 tablet 2 times for 2_3 days.
If the symptoms increase or fever episodes are still not reduced. Advise to consult physician in person to get antibiotics prescribed.
