Few Days Back I Fall Down From Scooter On Road
Question: Few days back I fall down from scooter on road and got scratch on knee.
I took tetanus injection and wash my wounds.
After seven days wounds showing pus. I use T bacteria ointment.
I am diabetics. Please advice for medicines

Macrophages are attracted towards the infection and they are responsible for reducing the extent of the infection. These dead macrophages are released as pus. As ointment has not taken care of infection in your case , you may need a oral antibiotic course. As your are diabetic also, I would suggest you to visit nearby doctor and have your would examined and get appropriate treatment.

One local Dr suggest to take antibiotics augment 625 twice daily and use T bact ointment. Not need scab removal. Also advice use betadyne lotion.
Other Dr suggest for debridement of wounds
Advice to take Lizolid 600mg as antibiotics and use Drez ointment
Now I confused what I will do
Whether scab removal is required
Which antibiotics I will use
