Brief Answer:
need additional intake of oral steroids, antibiotics for fast recovery.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query with attached photo image of the rash and here is my advise.

* As per my surgical experience, after 1 week period of allergic issue , the current
condition is secondary to body`s inflammatory response to the allergen.

* Though Hydroxyzine tablet and Fluocinonide ointment will give some amount of relief,
in my clinic I do recommend patients to undergo
(1) short course of oral steroid
(2) antibiotics as fluorquinolones or else as per the clinical need to reverse the
inflammation faster and prevent secondary bacterial infection through blister
(3) proteolytic enzymes as serratiopeptidase for tissue edema resolution

* Till you meet your consultant to discuss the same

- keep the area clean with antiseptic liquid and dry
alternatively lukewarm water tub bath with epsom salt and lavender oil
- apply aloe vera gel or turmeric paste for anti bacterial purpose in addition to ointment
on alternate basis about 4 hourly
- wear loose, cotton clothes
- avoid exposure to excess temperature of XXXXXXX area
- maintain blood sugar level

Hope this information will help you for better recovery.
Do feel free to discuss further regarding the same.

Wish you good day.
Regards.
