Fishy Odor, Smegma And A Burning Sensation At The Tip Of My Penis
Question: I was tested multiple times for STD and all came back negative. I also did urinalysis and nothing was found. I’m having a fishy odor, smegma and a burning sensation at the tip of my penis. What do you recommend

STIs are more than 30 in number. I would like to see the reports of your STI panel.
You have Fishy odor in your semen or urine?
Smegma has to be cleaned daily after complete retraction of the fore skin and this space (sub preputial space) has to be washed with plain water.
More details also need to assess your problem. Are you married? If so, your wife has any fishy odor in her genitals or discharge? Same history needed if you have more sex partners. Duration of your problem and have you had any treatment previously for this problem or some other problems?
