Question: Please see picture Which shows about. Five brown spots on my leg. I am not sure how long they have bern there. I have an appointment with a dermatologist but can’t get appointment to Feb. 2024. Any idea what these are.? Any Suggestions on local over the counter treatment..

OK, as I said it could be arterial obstruction by atherosclerosis plaque.
Need to examine peripheral pulses. So get examined, till then use antihistamines like cetrizine for itching.
