Flatulence It Gives Relief But Doesn't Gives A Cure
Question: I had shifted to a city as a part of my profession . I took food from restaurants daily . After several months, I got this flatulence problem. Now from last 1 year I am working from home and taking home food. But still I have flatulence. I tried an ayurvedic medicine called 'Ajwain'(carom seeds) . It gives relief but doesn't gives a cure. How do I get rid of this condition.

As per your description,you have Functional dyspepsia.
Tablet containing Acotiamide 100mg twice a day will give good results.If it is added with Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole and Domperidone capsule, effect will be more.
Please avoid Carbonated drinks,Spicy food etc.
Take fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
Take frequent small feeds.
You should stop Alcohol if you are taking it.
Smoking should also be stopped if you are a smoker.
Take food at regular intervals.
Nothing to worry.
I got excellent results with the above medicines.
If there is no response even after 15 days of taking those medicines, you should consult a Gastroenterologist and get an Upper GI endoscopy.
