Brief Answer:
Regarding acne

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service..I have reviewed your query and viewed the image.

You seem to have nodular acne. Moreover your acne hasn't responded well to traditional anti acne treatment. Therefore, in my view you seem to be an ideal candidate for oral Isotretinoin (Cap. Sotret 20mg), once a day. In addition I suggest you to use dapsone 5% gel (Acnedap gel) for your red, nodular acne. You may continue with tab. Azithromycin for another 3-4 weeks as advised earlier. Instead of salicylic acid I advice you to use a mild cleanser for face wash e.g Cetaphil gentle cleansing lotion, twice daily. Avoid sunscreens, moisturizers etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
