Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.
As per your history, second reading is more accurate.
Ideally when you visit to clinic, blood pressure should be measured after 10 to 15 mins of rest.
If you measure immediately, it may be on higher side due to exertion/walking/anxiety which is normal phenomenon.
Still I would suggest you to do daily blood pressure monitoring at home and note down the readings and consult with your physician.
Along with that, reduce salt intake. Do daily 30 mins exercise.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
As per your history, if you get nervous to do blood pressure monitoring at home than do regular follow up with physician as Adviced.
Usually manual readings are more accurate than machine reading.
I would suggest you that, please do not take/use both manual as well as machine reading for blood pressure monitoring.
If possible, always prefer manual readings for follow up also.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
