Question: Foot skin fungus
I thought it was pitted pitted keratolysis but the feet do not smell. its just whitish skin

I read your query and here is my advice.
I see all the photos you attached and it looks much like vitiligo. It doesn't look much like fungus or keratolysis .
You can talk to a dermatologist to check it with an ultraviolet light. Also skin biopsy nay be needed.
Using corticosteroids creams will improve it. Also using psoralen. Aug improve it.
Also you may need UVA and UVB light

Hi i dont think it is Vitiligo as i had it on both my feet and it was on more areas of my feet and it has disappeared completely on my left foot and most of it has disappeared on my right foot, When my foot is dry its less visablle and you see it more when my feet sweat or get wet
I toke them tablets and the cream which out of the two must of done something.
I use to have athletes foot before and my skin was peeling etc and i toke the cream for that which helped to heal my skin.

In rare cases the skin can get it'd normal colour back and hopefully it can be the case with your left foot.
