For 3+ Weeks I Have Had Increasing Fatigue , Decreasing

Question: For 3+ weeks I have had increasing fatigue, decreasing appetite, increasing weight, swelling in the upper and lower abdomen, diffuse pain in the upper and lower abdomen with bouts of sharper pain in both. I have night sweats, occasional fever, and muscular pain in both legs, weakening muscles in legs, headache and aching neck and shoulders.
I am a 52 yo woman with a hx of Fibromyalgia and have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. I am 5'7" and normally weigh 195. I currently weigh 210. This weight has come on in the past 2 weeks without increasing food intake.
I had a CT last week and the results showed all organs looked normal, however three enlarged lymph nodes were noted in the lower abdomen with calcification. One is sitting directly on my bladder. It will be removed by laparoscopic surgery tomorrow. My blood work did not show any values out of range. My EKG and Chest X-Ray were normal.
I am very confused because I FEEL so horrible ! I usually have tons of energy and my Fibromyalgia is well controlled.
I eat well and do not drink alcohol or smoke. I do not eat junk food or tons of gluten. I have a lab band, so my portions are small. I do not drink sodas. I do not take tons of prescription meds or pain meds.
Two years ago I switched over to a non-toxic chemical lifestyle with my personal care and cleaning products. I use Young Living Essential Oil infused products as well as Young Living Essential Oils. I do take a few prescription meds, and I see my family practice MD on a regular basis.
I would like to have your educated speculation as to what I may be dealing with based on my symptoms, lack of qualifying blood work, and the Lymph node finding. I realize you cannot possibly make a "diagnosis", however, I am stymied as to what I may be walking into with the biopsy.
Thank you in advance for any light you can shine on my situation.

Brief Answer:
It could be your thyroid.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
I am sorry to hear about your troubles.
First of all, the general symptoms you describe could be attributed to your thyroid disease - have you had your TSH and T3 and T4 measured?
Enlarged lymph nodes are common and usually caused by infection or inflammation. If the CT scan did not show any signs of a tumor, the lymph node enlargement is unlikely caused by any pathology concerning.
Have you had a full physical examination?
Let me know if I can assist you further...
Best wishes.

The mass was removed on Friday and turned out to be what the surgeon thinks is a diverticulitis pocket that sealed itself off. It has been sent for biopsy. If this is the case, I still have two other, smaller ones in my abdomen. Although very sore from the surgery, I do not feel as ill as I did before the mass was removed.
As for my thyroid. I have little doubt that my numbers are off to some degree. It is time for them to be checked again since the last adjustment was made to my medication. I currently take .125mg of Synthroid. I have barely any thyroid gland left to be palpated.
My follow up for the biopsy results is on the 9th of October. If this was diverticulitis, should the other two pockets that showed up on the CT scan be removed in your opinion?
Thank you, XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
No, I advise to leave the diverticulitis pockets be
Detailed Answer:
Hi again XXXXXXX
Good idea to have your thyroid numbers checked again.
Regarding the diverticulitis: This is a completely benign condition, so if you have no symptoms (e.g. occasional abdominal cramps, strained bowel movements) you should not have surgery. And even if you do, conservative treatment with fibers should be tried first.
Please do not hesitate to write if you have further questions.
