Brief Answer:
Possibly diet changes and laxatives

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I don't think this situation may be related to the previous hospitalisation because there have been a month and the drugs they gave are out of system. I believe you have changed your diet including more fruits, vegetables and whole grain.
Also you may have increased water intake as recommended by your doctor.
Write me back if you have done these changes. Also I want to know if you are taking laxatives as recommended by doctor.
Changing diet and stopping laxatives may bring you to normal

Hope I have answered the question.

No I am not taking laxatives. Last time I checked my liver they said it was fine but fat content was high so I started dieting after that. Then I increased water, fruits, veggies I eat less and I walk more. I have been losing weight at a steady pace. But for a month my poop has changed colors to light brown and yellow when I wipe and seems to float and be mushy diaherra most of the time. Occasional light brown pieces but still yellow and foul smelling. Before the dieting my poop was dark brown sausage like occasional diaherra. So is this a potential liver issue or diet change and just a severe diet change this how my body is reacting to it?

Brief Answer:
It can be caused by diet changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I believe that the diarrhea you recently had may be related to diet changes you had . Increasing fruits, vegetables and fibers intake and drinking more water is mire likely to cause you diarrhea.
I don't think this can be related to liver issues nor to any specific problem.
