Question: For about the last 10 weeks half of the time when I poop is small and narrow (like a sharpie) and the otter half of the time its normal. It seems to alternate normal vs. small and skinner.

I%E2%80%99m so sorry to bother you, but i just had a bowel movement (completely normal), but on the 4th or 5th wipe I noticed a very very tiny bit of bright red blood on the toliet paper. This is the very first time I noticed this. What could all of this mean? Alternating between normal and low-caliber stool and now a teeny tiny streak of red blood on the toliet paper when wiping?
