For Four Days I Have Been Having This Strange Feeling

Question: For four days I have been having this strange feeling in my vagina...it feels like something is in there, like something is stuck in there (but nothing is). Its not painful, just an annoyance really. I also have been having some increased clear discharge. - Although, I am due to ovulate tomorrow. I was also recently diagnosed with hemmhoroids, but they dont bother me.
age: 41
normal regular periods
not sexually active
c-section 5 years ago due to preeclampsia at 34 weeks
havent used tampons in sick years
never used or been on birth control
no recent trauma or medical conditions
no medications
normal pap in May
What could it be? Could it be cancer? Im worried and cant see the doctor until next week.

Brief Answer:
It is not cancer.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
Sometimes the bladder may descend a bit down in the vagina and that may give this feeling. Infection can also cause such feeling.
It could also be due to haemorrhoids that you have. For sure it is not cancer. You do not have any other symptoms suggestive of cancer.
Pelvic examination by Gynecologist next week will clarify things. Don’t get worried
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Ramadevi Wani
