after completion of rebipure course dog again bite after 15 day need more injection or what

It depends
If you were immunized previously in life then you dont need additional dosage.
If you was not then you need 2 additional vaccines on 3. and 7. day after exposure.
If there is hight risk of rabies then you need 5 doses.
