For Last Several Years Have Have Not Done Any “sunbathing”
Question: For last several years have have not done any “sunbathing” but I do ride a bike. Face & arms expose. 18 months ago I had a couple of pre cancerous “scabs” freezeburned from cheeks. But even before that I got what I thought was liver spots & bumps on chest? Now lather exposed areas with 100SPF.
What else to do ... any supplements to help?
