For Starters, I Had A Lengthy History Of Popping My

Symptoms possibly caused by TMJ disorder.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think the problem may be related to TMJ disorder you are having. It also can cause headaches, neck aches, dizziness, disorientation, earaches, upper shoulder pain, and ringing in the ears .
The fact that you are having the symptoms on the side of the TMJ means that most probably the symptoms are caused by it.
Also there is a possibility that neck issues can also cause the symptoms mentioned above. Spondylitis and spondyloarthrosis may be causes of it.
I can suggest you to do a x-ray of cervical spine and TMJ or do MRI if possible.
You can use antinflamatory drugs such advil or naproxen for pain and inflammation.
Use warm compresses on it.
Also your doctor may prescribe you muscle relaxants such muscoflex.
Hope I have answered the question.

Talk to your maxillofacial surgeon about treatment of TMJ.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I think the tightness in upper back, neck and jaw together with vertigo you are currently feeling may be related to TMJ disorder you are having.
This isn't much related to stroke.
TMJ disorder can put pressure on the balance organs in your inner ear, reducing their ability to function and causing vertigo or dizziness.
The vestibular system of your inner ear (the one that regulates the balance) is located in your temporal bone, which is also where your jaw bone attaches to the skull. A TMJ that doesn't function well can put excessive force on this bone and lead to a misalignment of the vestibular system giving incorrect signals to the brain about your balance.
This leads to dizziness or feelings of vertigo.
The only solution in this case is to cure the TMJ issues. You may need to talk to a maxillofacial surgeon about it.

Some click sounds are normal while doing rotatory exercises.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking.
I thought you may also had neck issues and spondylitis may be one.
The neck doesn't affect your ear directly but the neeve compression and pain may cause you dizziness. You are saying that you don't feel much pain and that's why I thought the problem may be related mainly with TMJ.
The click in neck may be related to spondylitis or can be even normal because most of people feel that click when doing rotatory exercises ofvthe neck.
The findings of the xray are very important so you can tell me about it.
