Question: For the last seven years, everyday, my knickers are wet within two minutes of putting them on. I don’t know if it’s urine or sweat or what but it’s so uncomfortable, smelly and something I think about everyday. I’m overweight so not sure if this is an issue, I have polycystic ovaries too but doubt it’s rekated

Brief Answer:
A number of causes

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma”am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but this could be due to a number of causes. I would recommend that you get a voiding urethrogram to detect if you are suffering from a degree of urine leakage. Also please only wear cotton underwear to avoid sweating and bad smell. always keep that area dry to avoid developing bacterial if fungal infection . I hope you find this helpful
