Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to "Ask a doctor service" . I read your query and here is my advice.
If the problem is related to sinus congestion you probably should have experienced blocked nose, nasal drip, congestion, difficulty breathing and possibly fever and headache.
Doing a xray of head to see the nasal sinuses is advisable.
You can continue to clean nose with saline water and also use decongestants such pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine for congestion. Use acetaminophen or ibuprofen for headache.
I think you also may have anxiety and stress which can cause headache and shortness of breath and also lack of sleep and palpitations of heart racing.
I can recommend you to limit caffeine, tea, soda and chocolate. Do yoga and exercises and continue and a balanced diet.
Also you can use over the counter herbal remedies. Avoid activities, people or situation which can cause anxiety.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
