For The Past 6 Months Or So, I'd Been Eating

Question: For the past 6 months or so, I'd been eating unhealthily with little to no vegetable or fruit intake (pizza and microwaveable food) and in this time I've developed tremors, brain fog and constipation. The severity of the tremors correlated/were a result of my mental state; if I was hungry or depressed, they were more severe. Since 3 days ago, I began diet changes such as eating more leafy greens and fruits while cutting down on consumption of carbohydrates which have resulted in far less severe tremors and improved cognitive functions. During the past 6 months I was also likely abusing my prescription of Ritalin and consistently drinking too much caffeine in attempts to correct for deficits. With the above context, is there any possibility for MS or Parkinson's and if vitamin deficiencies having lasted for months were the primary cause, would their effects on my brain be reversible given time? Note: all of my symptoms only worsened alongside my lifestyle.
