For The Past Two Months, I Have Been Experiencing Symptoms

Question: For the past two months, I have been experiencing symptoms such as rapid weight loss, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Many times I don't feel like eating since I am not hungry. Also, I am finding it difficult to swallow food. It feels like it is getting suck on my throat. I have lost over 15 pounds in the past two months. I had normal blookwork and stool tests. They did an endoscopy and said it was fine but they did take biopsies. I was wondering, do you think there is a possibility that I have cancer?

I have uploaded the endoscopy results. They did not do a colonoscopy.
Hello again
I have bene carefully through your examination.
In my opinion the findings are not related to cancer.
Better to wait for biopsy results to know exactly the right diagnosis
