Brief Answer:
There can be several causes which should get evaluated..

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

There can be several causes for that which should get evaluated. As per your history, I think it may be Parkinson disease.

Kindly follow up with a bit more information,
Do you have difficulty in standing/movements, mood changes?

For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with Neurophysician for detailed clinical examination.

He may procure MRI brain, electromyography, nerve conduction studies, electroencephalography as per evaluation to rule out any other possibilities for Parkinson disease /brain lesion.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. Till then take balanced diet. Take precautions during daily routine activities.

Hope I have answered your query...
Let me know if I can assist you further.
