Question: i have found a lump between my anus and my balls not painfull

There are various possibilities.
1. Cyst: If there is no history of pain or trauma.The swelling is present since a long time and is gradually increasing in size. No other symptoms.
2. If you have urinary problems due to prostatism then there is a possibility of a urethral diverticulum.
