Question: blister on penis. i've been masterbating lately. not sure if that's it.

Blister is one that contains fluid by medical word. But, the one in the picture looks solid to me.
If there is no pain or increase in size, there should be no worry.
It may related to the act of masturbation.
You may observe for a month or two to see if it goes off by itself if the symptoms i mentioned are absent.
