Question: Sometime i found a drop of sperm on the tip of my penis.
Please let me knkow this is any disease or normal?

Sperms can only be seen in a microscope. A drop of semen ( The fluid which comes out at orgasm) if is found at tip of penis then it is a normal finding. some people can have spontaneous passage of semen outside, even without orgasm, at night or at day time also. It is not a disease.
Only thing to rule out is that whether that drop is only semen or there is urinary infection. This can be differentiated by doing a urine routine examination.
Semen examination can be done at any diagnostic laboratory. You Can come to know of your sperm count from that.

multivitamins, micro-nutrients and co-enzyme Q10 supplements can improve sperm counts in patients who have low sperm counts. You can go through this article.

vit C and vit E have also been suggested to improve sperm count.
There is no specific role of any food stuffs though you may find magazine articles on this topic. But all this is applicable on patients with low sperm count.
