Fevere less than 100 is usually a symptom of allergy. Are you allergic to something?
Other symptoms are poiting to a a viral.
Regarding tests you could get RT-PCR for flu, otherwise it should get better in few days by itself. From your description, it seems to be a mild infection/allergy.
It doesnot need a Dolo as fever is less than 100.
Since there is throat pain and running, you can take an anti-allergic medicine that will help with both symptoms:
Tab Cetirizine 5 mg once a day for 3 days.
Gargles twice a day with warm water plus a pinch of salt
Drink warm fluids, Boil some ginger in your tea and take it warm.
