Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. Upload CT PNS (Paranasal Sinuses) images for an accurate assessment.
2. Details of previous treatment are required. Have you used nasal sprays?
3. Have you allergy tests been done?
4. These are common symptoms. The swelling should subside after the sinusitis is controlled.

Hi,
Thank you for following up. I've checked the reports...
1. The CT images show a very mild right maxillary sinusitis. This will settle down with medication and allergy control.
2. Nasal septum is central which is good.
3. Swelling on the face will also settle down with medication.
4. Have you or are you using any nasal spray?
Kindly let me know the test results are available so that I can prescribe further medications.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.
