Question: From time to time I get this little flap of skin on the underside of my left big toe. Is this something I should be worried about?

1.Any history of injury to the great toe?
2.Whether it is painful?
If there is no history of injury and if the skin lesions are spreading to other areas of foot,you should consult a Dermatologist.
