From Today Morning Around 10 Am. I Am Facing Some

Question: From today morning around 10 am. I am facing some diorreah like symptoms and gone to toilet for around 6 times till now. I have taken O2 tablet after lunch.

Also I am facing mild feverish and body aches specially waist, legs and head. Heel pain also, but it is common for me due to Plantar fasciitis.

At this stage may I take some drugs like NSAIDS or peracetamol for body pain. Etospeed 90 mg I am having with me. But plain paracetamol is not available it is mixed with trypsin etc.

Please help me as I am telling weak and pain is not getting me out of bed.

Thanks for the query.
The symptoms are more likely suggestive of a viral gastroenteritis.
You can take paracetamol for symptomatic relief, it is better to avoid other NSAID.
Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. In most cases it will settle in few days.
