Question: GHB and Xanax
I had forgotten I took .25MG of Xanax this morning around 9AM and I just took 2.5mil of GHB. Will they still interact? What should I look for? I also smoke methamphetamine.

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

GHB and Xanax,both are CMS depressants and should be avoided together as they potentiate each other.

There can be respiratory depression(decrease in the rate and volume of respiration),decrease in blood pressure,bradycardia (decrease in the pulse rate),excess sleep and even coma.

You have only taken 0.25 mg of Xanax which is quite a small dose so it is very unlikely that you will have an accentuated CNS depression and clinically significant drug interactions.

But,if at all,you experience any symptoms,you may need medical attention.
