Brief Answer:
Hypothyroidism,PMS

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

In post menopausal age, there are decreased levels of estrogen.
Common symptoms of low estrogen include:
painful sex due to a lack of vaginal lubrication
an increase in urinary tract infections (UTIs) due to a thinning of the urethra
absent periods
mood swings
hot flashes
breast tenderness
headaches or accentuation of pre-existing migraines
depression
trouble concentrating
fatigue and exhaustion.
These symptoms persist if HRT (Hormone replacement therapy) is not optimum.
HRT treatments can be adjusted in dosage, length, and the combination of hormones. For example, depending on the diagnosis, progesterone is often used in conjunction with estrogen.
I would like to know the status of your thyroid levels. When was it done last?
Hypothyroidism also presents like the symptoms which you have narrated. They include Fatigue, Increased sensitivity to cold, Constipation, indigestion, weight gain, muscle weakness, cramps and extreme exhaustion. Your levothyroxine might need titration.
You take small, frequent and bland meals and increase physical activity to avoid indigestion and belching. Take plentyful dairy products to supplement calcium demands. Have omega3 fatty acids (fish or commercial supplements) and ginseng to reduce oxidative stress and improve stamina.
Kindly upload your treatment records and hormonal profile so that I can get better idea. As you are already on medications
Along with that please let me know do you have got your calcium, vitamin D3, BMD (Bone density),blood sugar and haemoglobin levels checked.

Kindly follow up with details.
Regards
