Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
If you are an employee working for long hours sitting, then it is scoliosis of the spine which you may be having.
I suggest you to get an Xray of the lumbosacral spine done which may give some clue into the condition. Actions taken in the initial stages of the disease is effective and helpful.
Meanwhile do wear a Lumbosacral belt and apply Diclofenac gel whenever the pain is more.
Hope, I answered your query.

Brief Answer:
Exercise and belt would suffice.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the report.
Since there is no evident damage to the spine, you can relax.
Exercise and wearing the lumbosacral belt would help you to get rid of the pain you have.
Also you can apply Diclofenac gel when the pain is severe.
