Getting Abdominal Pain. Blood Test Showed Elevated Bilirubin Level. Worried For Liver Problem

Thank you for any light you can put on this test result.
Thank you for the query.
You definitely have jaundice. 1.9 bilirubin level should force your doctor to find the reason of it. Are you sure direct bilirubin were 0,3, not indirect?
Abdominal pain and elevated bilirubin level usually is caused by bile ducts obstruction due to stones. It sounds more possible as you have had gallstones in gallbladder. In such case the stool should become whiter and urine darker.
CT is not a good test for its diagnostics as stones are invisible for this test.
You should have liver tests (AST,ALT,GGTP,AP), amylase, urine amylase, urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound first. If nothing will be found, smear blood test, HbS-Ag, Anti-HCV seems also advisable (however pain is not characteristic for hemolysis or liver viral infection).
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
