Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

Bleeding only for two days during the period followed by spotting for two days is a normal variation of the periods and can happen due to mild hormonal disturbances or cramps.

In case the pain in the abdomen is persistent, then do consider consulting your gynecologist for a proper examination and investigations like ultrasound scan to find out any pelvic pathology.

Hope this answers your query. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.

Wishing you good health.

Is it possible I could be pregnant? A couple of days ago I had a burning sensation in my breasts I havent had it since although they do feel a little bigger. Two days before I got the bleeding I did a home test which was negative. Of I night I gwt pain in my whole abdominal region it is also like cramping

Hello,
Thanks for writing again.

The possibility of pregnancy is almost negligible since the home pregnancy test is also negative. These tests are 97% accurate.
Mild hormonal imbalance can cause breast heaviness and the symptoms like you are having.

The cramping could be related to the uterine cramps causing mild spotting or an intestinal infection, which needs treatment after investigations if the symptoms are persistent.

Hope my answer is helpful.

A positive result will show a second line of same thickness and color as of the test line. To be surer, you can get a serum HCG evaluation done although pregnancy is not likely.
