I am talking about my mother she is facing this issue.

These symptoms - She is facing last 1 week,
It is central in chest,
No other body part pain,
No symptoms like sweating or breathing,
She feeling tired like walking upstairs and downstairs.
No we don’t have any past history of any medical condition.

ECG was urgently needed and it has come back normal. Although a stress echo will confirm.
But before that we can go for chest XRay PA view and complete blood count, thyroid profile, liver function test and kidney function test to find any other cause of fatigue like lung problems, anemia, thyroid problems, or liver or kidney problem.
