Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.
I went through the food schedule of your 6 months old son. It is good and well organized.
And you can give Nan Pro 600 to 800 ml per day in 3 to 4 divided feeds if it is tolerated by the child.
Around 6 months of age you can give rice and pulse combination for fortification of aminoacids.
After that you can try different combination with wheat, pulse, and vegetables in mashed form.
Locally available seasonal fruit juices can be given and the best time for juices is in the evening or in the afternoon during summer season but it depends on child and the mother convience.
After 6 months of age, introduce mashed items from the family pot enriched with jaggery or sugar and ghee or edible oil.
Mashed rice with pulses, mashed tubers and vegetables, soups, mashed fruits, biscuits can be given.
From 9 months introduce soft food that can be chewed, avoiding hot spices.
From 1 year, the child should be taking everything cooked at home what is called family pot feeding.
But in general, any new food should be introduced in small quantity, and to be increased gradually.
And introduce only one variety of food at a time and don't give more than one new food at a point of time.
Hope I have answered your query, if you have any clarification please let me know.
