Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Gonal F is a recombinant FSH hormone. This helps in increasing egg size.

2) Please get serum AMH done to assess ovarian reserve. If oocytes are less, they may not have responded or they might need extra dosage.

3) Please send your old reports and ultrasound reports, which will help in identifying problems.

1) Please get serum AMH blood tests to assess the ovarian reserve.

2) You need to increase dose of gonal F or add HMG injections. Discuss with your doctor about this.
