Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX
I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.
For the bilirubin and thyroid tests, you will need to be on an overnight fast (do not take anything other than water).
Also, there is a term called circadian rhythm.
It means a daily cycle of hormone release which responds primarily to light and dark in environment and the sleep pattern.
The hormone secretion rates and levels change through out 24 hours and they are really unpredictable if the pattern is not followed (Reference levels are for the protocol pattern).
I advise you to repeat the tests in morning after an overnight fasting.
You can do so on your weekly off.
Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
