I Have Had A Face And Neck Rash For Almost About 2 Months Now

Question: Good Evening, I have had a face and neck rash for almost about 2 months now. I went to a dermatologist who at first thought I had Rosacea so he gave me some creams to see if it would help. The rash worsetned and on my second appointment with him he had to prescribe prednisone to help reduce the flare up. After I told him that my sometimes my hands and feet turn really cold and get numb he then thought it was lupus. So he urged me to get some blood work done which I did. I tested positive for the DSDNA greater than 9 and Negative for the Anti Nuclear Antibody Tither & Pattern which the results came back at 1:40. The Dermatologist is now saying he doesn't think I have lupus and I should get an allergy test done. I'm not sure what to believe and nor how to proceed now as I have other conditions that lead me to believe I may have lupus. In addition to my fingers and toes sometimes going cold and turning blue I get chest pain and lose a lot of hair every day. I also suffer from brain fog and have a difficult time concentrating. I would really like to get to the bottom of this as the rash is ongoing. The dermatologist recently lowered the prednisone dosage from 40 to 20mg and the flare ups are starting to rise even more.
