Good Evening, So I Have A New Tattoo, Its Been

Question: Good Evening, so i have a new tattoo, its been about 3 weeks and the situation has gone from bad to worse, it started with using the highest recommended tattoo aftercare oontment called "tattoo goo" the after effects of that will be on the first picture. i stopped using it about 2 and a half weeks ago and switched to Aquaphor and using hydrocortisone cream on it to help with the redness but it still has not gotten any better. i went to a doctor this past Saturday and was prescribed prednisone 50mg and triamcinolone acetonide as a topical treatment, which has since made it worse, so hydrocortisone did not help, and this most recent combination of medication has made it worse, which leads me to believe it is an infection since it is now spreading, this will be the second picture. However the most odd thing is, there is no pain, it is not hot to the touch, there is no burning sensation or swelling, it is just very very red. Would love to hear all options

Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction, potent topical steroid, antihistaminic
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be an allergic reaction to the XXXXXXX
It is not looking infected.
I would recommend you to apply a potent topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily for 10 days.
Also continue with oral prednisone and take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime for 10 days.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
This should improve your condition.
