Brief Answer:
heart rate is not worrisome

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Heart rate usually deviates according to normal physiological factors like exercise and emotions etc. Therefore if we look at heart rate alone, then it is not worrisome.

However your BMI is 34, that means you are mildly obese. I would like to check your blood pressure, ECG and blood tests including lipid profile, thyroid profile etc. It doesnt seem to be an emergency. You can go for testing when corona threat is reduced. Meanwhile exercise regularly, practice meditation and eat foods that have less of milk products.
