My 4 years son has suddenly developed white patch by the side of his nose (Pic. attached). I would like to inform you that he eats no junk but we apply baby creams and lotions to his body and face. Kindly inform me the issue and remedy.

Thank you. Yes, it is pityrisis XXXXXXX which is a faint white dry patch on face and it due to underlying dry skin. I suggest you to continue with the moisturizer. Over it you may use hydrocortisone 1% cream (Cutisoft cream) for the white patch, twice daily for 3-4 weeks. It is available over the counter.
