Good Morning, I Have A Chronic Fatigue And Eye Blanking

Question: Good Morning,

I have a chronic fatigue and eye blanking - imbalance . I visited many eye doctors, and done MRI to brain all is well. recently diagnose with hypothyroid. What is your input.

I can understand your concern.
Under active thyroid can explan the chronic fatigue and probably the eye blanking. You need to continue the treatment with levothyroxine and it needs at least 4-6 weeks to see the improvement of the symptoms.
if the eye blanking improves, than it have been due to underactive thyroid.
I would not suggest herbal treatment but continue with levothyroxine and check TSH after 6 weeks to be sure that the dose is the right one.

Dr. Mirjeta Levothyroxine is a synthetic drugs. Is that the best you can recommend?

Hi again,
It is very very similar to the biological thyroid hormones and has been used for many years and approved that does not have side effects.
It is more safe than armour thyroid in keeping hormonal balance.
So, I would suggest it without hesitation.
