Good Morning, I Have Had A Face And Neck Rash

Question: Good Morning, I have had a face and neck rash for almost about 2 months now. I went to a dermatologist who at first thought I had Rosacea so he gave me some creams to see if it would help. The rash worsened and on my second appointment with him, he had to prescribe prednisone to help reduce the flare-up. After I told him that sometimes my hands and feet turn really cold and get numb he then thought it was lupus. So he urged me to get some blood work done which I did. I tested positive for the DSDNA greater than 9 and Negative for the Anti Nuclear Antibody Tither & Pattern which the results came back at 1:40. The Dermatologist is now saying he doesn't think I have lupus and I should get an allergy test done. I'm not sure what to believe and nor how to proceed now as I have other conditions that lead me to believe I may have lupus. In addition to my fingers and toes sometimes going cold and turning blue I get chest pain and lose a lot of hair every day. I also suffer from brain fog and have a difficult time concentrating. I would really like to get to the bottom of this as the rash is ongoing. The dermatologist recently lowered the prednisone dosage from 40 to 20mg and the flare-ups are starting to rise even more.

Brief Answer:
Less likely to be lupus

Detailed Answer:
Hello,it is highly unlikely for you to be suffering from lupus if you have a negative ANA, you could probably check other tests related to ANA like ENA,if anything comes out positive on that we can look into it.
Since hair loss and brain fog are not specific for lupus, we need to consider other reasons for you developing the rash.
