Question: Good afternoon,
I have been using CAVARJECT in 20 microgram doses for about a year or so and am very pleased with the results.I feel that it is the dosage of 20 which really delivers and am wary that stock of 10 mgms that I have just received will not be sufficient to produce a satisfactory erection. Would it be possible to inject TWO doses of 10 to result in dose of 20? kind regards, Nw

Injecting twice 10 mg of Caverject may give you the same effect when it comes to erections but it surely exposes you to increased adverse effects related to the injection.
So, injecting twice in a row may cause more bruising, bleeding inside the penis, pain, infection, etc, and in the long term may increase the risk for fibrosis and similar complications.
So, I would recommend you to discuss with your doctor or your provider and make a plan to have 20 mg vials soon.
Meanwhile, you can use the 10mg once a day, not more than 3 days in a week (according to recommendations). Hopefully, this will give some effect until you get the proper dose.
