Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking query on HealthcareMagic,
Have gone through your details and I appreciate your concerns,
It's a very common problem especially in people suffering from severe constipation. In a constipated person the food starts to ferment inside intestines. This produces large amount of toxic gases like hydrogen sulphide,Carbon mono oxide etc on top of that alcoholic substances are formed inside intestine as a result of fermentation of food. Good gut Flora is replaced by colonies of toxic bacterias and yeast. In lay man's language you can picturize what happens when your house drain gets blocked up.
ln order to get rid of these toxins body uses various methods including removal of gases through sweat glands (which usually gives bad odour to person).
Now follow what I say and tell me how you feel after a week-
Use Miralax ( laxative) -30 gram twice daily or an increased dose as per your body requirements( This is a laxative,Stool softener won't help you much)
Take seminthione tablet three times a day. It absorbs gas from intestine( which is giving you a bad odour).
Take isabghul husk 10 gram three times a day. Its a bulk forming natural agent and very effective in constipated patients.
Take lots of yoghurt it's naturally rich in good bacterial flora. Best way to have it is add some honey or jaggery to it.This act as a good food for bacteria hence they would multiply fast and action of yoghurt would be improved multiple times.
Don't take just any probiotic. Rather take Econorm/VSL#3 twice daily.
Eat one bowl of fruits like apple oranges pear kiwi etc in morning daily and a plate of green salad in evening.
No non vegetarian food for 7 days have veg easily digestible home cooked food.
Have realistic expectations. Things might take some time to improve.
Follow up after 10 days.
All medicines are over the counter and easily available at Walmart or nearest pharmacy.
Hope I was helpful,
