Please let me know do you have fever, abdominal pain, yellowish eyes /urine, itching?
As you had already done blood investigations including liver function tests, I would suggest you to consult with gastroenterologist with these reports for detailed clinical examination. He may procure computed tomography abdomen with relevant investigations including lipid profile, blood sugar level, HbA1c, Fasting insulin test as per evaluation to rule out any other possibilities. Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.
Mean while, continue tablet Liv 52. Kindly avoid alcohol if you have it. Avoid fatty/high calorie diet. Take diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Try to loose weight if you are obese.
