Thank you for the query. I can understand your concern. Singulair contains montelukast which belongs to the group of medications known as leukotriene receptor antagonists is used to treat allergic rhinitis, asthma, runny nose, nasal blockage, etc.

Side effects of Singulair are nausea, vomiting, tremors, headache, heartburn, stomach pain, upset stomach, diarrhea, tiredness, fatigue, mood-changing behaviors like depression, confusion or disorientation, feeling anxious, hallucinations, irritability, restlessness, stuttering, uncontrolled muscle movements or vivid dreams, allergic reactions such as itching, rash, swelling of lips, tongue, throat, face, eyes, hands or feet, wheezing, breathing difficulties, dizziness, hypotension, rapid heartbeat, etc.

Stop taking this medication will gradually subside these side effects over time.
